So the dubstep days came and went, and in its wake were the kids who were just catching up, (unflatteringly known as “brostep” fans) and a bunch of embittered listeners who either still debate what “dubstep” really is, or shrug off the whole wave and try to forget it even happened. Regardless, a few brave souls have battled on, trying to improve and improvise on the genre in an attempt to make it their own.
