When one listens to the Italian band, Guano Padano, one can’t help but think they are an incredibly multi-faceted band. And that multi-faceted band sounds like they are just maybe one part sleazy bar band, one part sultry jazz quartet, one part background music from a David Lynch movie and another part Quentin Tarantino film.
Their second album, called appropriately called “2” features the single, “Prairie Fire” featuring vocals from Mike Patton. Patton of course of bands like Faith No More, Peeping Tom, Fantomas, Tomahawk, and several more just to name a few.
So for those looking for a quirky, slinky, groovy little tune, check out the Italian band the calls their music “Italian experimental Americana” on their American record distributors website
